At CutieBub™ we're excited to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times:
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after you place them. Your order is officially "shipped" when our carrier picks it up and it's on its way to you. During busy periods and holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Once your order ships, here are our typical delivery times by location:
🇺🇸 United States: 4-6 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4-6 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-6 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4-6 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 4-6 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 5-10 business days
Please note: During peak times, holidays, or due to customs processing, deliveries may take longer than estimated.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:
Important: Double-check your shipping address before completing your order! Incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations.
If you spot an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@cutiebub.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to help, but changes aren't guaranteed after this window.
For address issues our system catches, we'll email you within 3 business days to verify details. If we don't hear back, we may need to cancel your order.
Delayed Deliveries
We work hard to get your CutieBub™ training pants to you quickly! However, sometimes delays happen due to things beyond our control like:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier transportation issues
- Customs delays for international orders
- Product availability or payment processing
We'll always keep you updated and work with carriers to resolve any issues as fast as possible.
Please note: CutieBub™ isn't responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we'll always do our best to help!
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know it's frustrating when packages go missing. Once we hand your order to our shipping carrier, it's in their hands.
If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact us at hello@cutiebub.com - we'll help however we can
- File a claim with the carrier directly
- File a police report if needed
While CutieBub™ isn't responsible for lost/stolen packages during shipping, we'll work with you and the carrier to find solutions, including possible replacements depending on the situation.
