At CutieBub™, we're committed to helping you achieve faster, stress-free potty training success. We believe so strongly in our training pants that we recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you're not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@cutiebub.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? No problem! Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order enters our processing phase and we may not be able to make changes.
If you successfully cancel within 24 hours, we'll process your full refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to arrive in perfect condition! We consider an item "damaged" if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Normal shipping wear like dented boxes with undamaged products inside doesn't count as damage.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Email hello@cutiebub.com with a clear photo of the damage
- We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement
We don't cover damage from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to get your CutieBub™ training pants to you quickly! However, we can't control shipping delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Customs processing
- Weather or other external factors
For delivery problems, please contact your courier directly. CutieBub™ isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they're in the carrier's hands.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Double-check your shipping address! It's your responsibility to ensure it's correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, incorrect addresses may result in lost packages with no resend or refund available.
